We repair all types, makes and models of dental handpieces, equipment, devices and machines.
Our technical service team will repair your equipment at our national repair centre, or in-office if possible.
All repair prices depends on the nature of every repair, the spare parts used and time needed. All received equipment will be checked and you will receive a free estimate for each equipment. We start the repair process after your estimate approval. All regular clients will be receiving different promotions for our repair services. All monthly contract clinics will benefit from lower prices.
The warranty period depends on the type of repair approved and spare parts used. The exact warranty time will be known as soon as the repair is finished and you will be advised about it by our technicians and with the return of the dental equipment. We will also advise you of some tips and trick for better dental equipment maintenance to prolong the life of your instrument
All you have to do is fill in the online request to create and print a prepaid shipping label.
Simply provide your device detail, contact detail and click submit. If your computer is connected to a printer then your shipment label will be printed automatically.
You can use your own package (box) for your first handpiece repair. Once you have printed the shipping label, attach it to your package then call Purolator at 1-888-744-7123 to schedule your pick-up date & time at your convenience. We will send you shipping supplies with your repaired handpieces for your next repairs.
After we receive and examine your handpiece (free of charge), we will contact you with our repair estimate, we will wait for your consent before making any repairs.
Simply fill in "Schedule an Appointment" form with your practice contact info, summary of the issue or problem and your prefered date & time for the appointment, and submit it online. We will send you a confirmation email and our tech will show up on the scheduled time.
An estimation will be provided to you either when we receive your device or by our tech on site, depending on the repair and if replacement parts are needed.
Depending on assessment and your approval, each handpiece will be serviced within approximately 2 days.
You may cancel your appointment without incurring a fee until the technician has indicated that they are on their way to the job. If you cancel after the professional has indicated that they are on their way to the job you will be charged a cancellation fee.
