**Note: In the file names above, "305739" reflects the serial number of your sensor. If you possess multiple Quickray sensors in your office, ensure that the file names you send to Repair.Dental contain the correct serial number. The serial number must match the sensor you've sent in for repair.

 

To access the Quickray sensor calibration file, follow the steps below depending on whether you have the original calibration disc or not.

 

If you have the original Quickray sensor calibration file disc:

 

1. Insert Disc: Place the original calibration disc into your workstation's disc drive.

2. Navigate: Click the "Start" button or the Windows logo at the bottom left corner of the toolbar.

3. Access Files: Select "My Computer" (or "Computer" for Windows 7 and above).

4. Open Disc Drive: Double-click on your disc drive to view the Quickray sensor calibration files.

5. Verify Serial Number: Confirm that the serial number in the calibration files matches the Quickray sensor you're repairing.

6. Send Email: Drag and drop the Quickray sensor calibration file into a new email in your email program.

 

If you don't have the original Quickray sensor calibration file disc:

1. Access Files: Click the "Start" button at the bottom left corner of the Windows toolbar.

2. Navigate: Select "My Computer" (or "Computer" for Windows 7 and newer).

3. Open C Drive: Double-click on the C: drive.

4. Locate Folder: Look for the "Program Files (x86)" folder and open it.

5. Find Calibration File: Double-click on the "IntraOralUSB" folder.

6. Retrieve File: Locate the calibration file within the "IntraOralUSB" folder.

7. Send Email: Drag and drop the Quickray sensor calibration file into a new email in your email program.
