Dexis Dental Sensor white images issue is a problem that many dentists and dental hygienists face when taking digital X-ray images of their patients. The issue can arise due to hardware or software issues, resulting in the image being overexposed and coming out as a white image. White images or no images can be caused by a number of different factors. Your sensor interface boxes, tube-head, both of your x-ray sensors, or improper tube-head placement could all be at fault.

At this point, the only other testing that you can do is to either take your sensors and DexUSB boxes to another office that uses Dexis or ask them if you can borrow their Dexis sensor to test in your office.</li>
