Poor image quality can be due to many factors, such as dirty sensors, Exposure time, exposed radiation or software settings. Use recommended exposure time. Wipe your sensor softly using isopropyl alcohol.
Check the connection of your imaging system. Make sure that the USB cables are properly connected to the computer system and that the cables are firmly connected to the power source. If the connection is loose, it can result in data transfer issues.
Make sure your software is up to date. If your software is not updated, it is incompatible with your sensor. The update fixes bugs and improves compatibility.
Sometimes restarting your equipment can fix the issues you are facing. If restarting your computer doesn't fix the Issues, restart your software used to capture the image. If you are using a USB extension, remove the extension as sometimes wire extension results in improper data transfer. Directly connect the USB Cable to the computer's USB port.
Always keep settings as recommended by the manufacturer. Changes in exposure time, image resolution, capture mode can result in poor image quality.
